I have been going to Dr. Tversky for literally as long as I can remember.  I even continue to see him for my six-month cleanings despite the fact that I live in Chicago (luckily I visit St. Louis often enough for this to work out for me).  

The point is, I am a patient of Dr. Tversky because I think he's a great dentist.  He gives me the same speech about general hygiene practices every time I see him, but I like this sort of predictability.  He is also very personable and, after knowing me so many years, he always asks me about my life in Chicago.  You just don't find this sort of effort to be personal at bigger dental practices.  In fact, it might be his tendency to chat that usually puts him a bit behind schedule (so I usually call and ask if he's running on time).

With Dr. T's practice you get one dentist with one chair giving your teeth the personal care and attention they need.  Wow, I never thought I'd get that worked up over my dentist…
